Teaching students is a passion, and I'm here to help them excel in anything related to math and science. I've worked as a tutor within a community college setting and privately for over two years. I believe that working towards goals helps students gain the knowledge they're looking for. I help students work either in small groups or one-on-one, for personalized attention. I believe active learning is key to student success, and create an environment that fosters fun and learning at the same time. I know that learning a new subject is challenging, and I'm here to make it as simplified as possible, while still helping students have fun in the subject they're struggling with. I specialize in Pre-Algebra to College Algebra, Elementary to Middle School Math, Chemistry and Honors Chemistry, Geometry, and various test prep, including test prep for SAT Math. From elementary school to college level, I'm knowledge about lower and upper levels of these disciplines. If Math and Science leave you struggling, I'm here to help. When I'm not busy working with students, being outdoors is my favorite thing. I love to hike, go biking, and travel to various parts of the country.
