I am very passionate about learning languages and I have extensive experience as an administrator, teacher, translator, and interpreter. I have also had the privilege of travelling to several different countries. This has allowed me to gain exposure to new cultures and new languages. I am currently teaching French and Arabic. Learning French allows you to go on a cultural journey that involves science, architecture, the arts, gastronomy, and fashion. It also gives you the opportunity to read the great works of French writers like Marcel Proust and Victor Hugo in their native languages. It also enables you to understand actors like Juliette Binoche and Alain Delon as well as the singers Charles Aznavour and Edith Piaf. I also enjoy teaching Arabic because I feel like it is a beautiful language. I am available to tutor students in conversational French, math, reading, French, TOEFL, Arabic, and French language and culture. Whether a student is a complete novice or has some background in French and Arabic, I can work with them on the journey of discovering everything these languages have to offer and I promise to be there for my students throughout every step of that journey. In terms of hobbies, I enjoy swimming, dancing, and cooking.
